At FLIP, we put our clients at the centre of everything we do. It’s our job to actively support youth and people with disabilities to make choices, build skills and live the life they want.
Our support roles include a range of positions and employ people across a broad range of professional backgrounds. Most of our support roles allow flexible working arrangements, these roles can be part-time, school hours, nine day fortnights or casual.
We provide a range of learning options, online training and specialist courses to support staff with their learning and development.
The right fit for FLIP is someone who is professional and reliable, passionate about helping people reach their potential, a good and patient communicator, fun and active, and punctual.
